What a breath of fresh air, or pure light in this case. Tried 4 different instructors at this studio and they are all so amazing in their own way. I stopped doing yoga, thinking it wasn’t challenging enough and couldn’t find the right instructor to help me get to ‘that’ place (where you find peace and bliss deep in your soul and reconnect with your higher self) and this studio truly brought me back to it. For once, I found a studio where everyone gives off positive energy and classes provide healing. Very grateful for them mastering the art of yoga and sharing it with us. Namaste.

This studio is the real deal. You will sweat, your body will get back in pre-pandemic order, your muscles will become supple; and you will find real and beautiful humans here. Every teacher brings something unique, and you’ll breathe collectively; it’s like no other. And it will leave you smiling!

I almost didn't try this yoga studio, because there were no reviews, but I'm glad I did. Urban Exhale is feakin' fantastic. I've always associated hot yoga with the smell of sweaty gym shoes and teachers who take themselves way too seriously, but Urban Exhale yoga is refreshingly clean and chill. The hot yoga room has no discernable smell, and the teachers mix it up with variety and humor. An overall awesome, enjoyable workout.

My Favorite spot in LA for hot yoga! They have free parking. The studio is simple & pristine. Their fun & friendly staff always offer a warm welcome & their check-in process is timely & seamless. Amenities are kept clean: Showers, bathrooms, lockers & cubbies. Infrared heat is the best heat. I love all of the instructors & find myself frequenting the variety of Flow, Detox Class & Sculpt Classes. Shoutout to Jessica for her Vibes Playlist. And if 80s is your thing there is a class that offers that theme of playlist as well :) Definitely recommend it to everyone.
